How often has fear been why you did or didn’t do something? Allowing fear to be the navigator of your life will only lead to the feeling of regret or playing the shoulda, coulda, woulda game. The time is now to be led by faith.
Fear can dictate so much if you allow it. You cannot be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and do something different. Be willing to step out on faith and take risks. Nothing good and worth having comes easy. It requires hard work, doing something you’ve never done before, thinking out of the box, and being uncomfortable. Be willing to let go of old ideas, ways of thinking, and bad habits. Trade these things for innovation, an elevated mindset, and healthy habits. Practice taking an inventory of your life, cleaning out who and what may be preventing you from achieving your goals. You’ll find that much of what you’re holding on to is related to what is familiar. Often times that familiarity is related to fear; the thought of, “If I let this thing/person go, what will I have? What is next?”
Have the courage to take complete control of your life. It’s okay to be afraid of the unknown. Be scared and do it anyway. You have the power to create the life you want. Trust yourself and eliminate self-doubt. What awaits on the other side is worth it. Very worth it.
